We were clients for 6 years but decided to choose an other company to park our car. The last 2 years the owner/personnel have been very impolite to us, like shouting and snarling. No more friendly words or greetings. Mr. P. thought that we should be grateful to have an indoor parking space….instead of being hospitable or giving good service. When our flight was cancelled he wrote us an unfriendly mail that he did all the work ( putting the car outside!!) for nothing. No word of sympathy for us .

Después de años contratando este servicio de parking, no puedo quejarme y siempre me ha ido genial. Especial para viajes cortos o de larga estancia. Te esperan a la vuelta, te recogen del aeropuerto... si es que al final sale más barato que un taxi!!

I have used Royal Parking for many years, they have always given an excellent prompt and efficient service. Theu drive me to the airport and they pick me up there when Im back from my travel, no problen ever.
