HORRIBLE. NI SE OS OCURRA CONTRATAR SUS SERVICIOS. Dejé mi vehículo en el aeropuerto de Alicante. Dentro del mismo tenia un dispositivo para el Apple Car, y cuando me entregaron el vehículo el dispositivo ya no estaba. Nada más entrar en el vehículo llamé pues la persona que me lo entregó ya se había marchado, me pidieron que enviara un email. Me dijeron que iban a investigar lo sucedido y me darían una respuesta pero esa respuesta nunca llegó. Envié más de 5 emails todos ellos sin respuesta alguna. En resumen, ni se os ocurra contratar el servicio de este parking. Lo poco que tenía de valor en el coche me lo sustrajeron y además el trato después es horroroso. No asumen la responsabilidad ni dan una respuesta al cliente.

I did get my car back and later on I saw a damage on the cars roof (It was dark when i picked up the car). Now One Parking is telling me that it was not their fault. On pictures you can see the the damage was not their when I gave the car to them. They didn´t even report it to their assurance, so I will have to report it to the local police and see how to contieu.

Esto por que no puedo poner 0.Contractar el servicio de 1-Parking Alicante por una semana empezó con 15min de tardar en recoger el coche, después al regreso estaba esperando una hora en aeropuerto cuando me devolverlo tenía un golpe .Vaya empresa!!!!!
