From 2018 we will be using the covered valet parking service. The pick-up and delivery was always carried out well by the employees. During the reservation of our son, he was pointed out that there was still € 355.00 open. As a contractor I wrote to the owner (Peter) if he could explain that. No answer. On the day of arrival he informed my son that he was 'overdue' in front of other passengers. My son referred to me and my email. He didn't get our car without paying first. He paid unduly because he wanted to continue his journey with 2 young children quickly. Then Peter emailed again and left a message via the website to substantiate the outstanding invoice. No response yet. Collection and delivery is going well, but the whole atmosphere for other services is subpar. Also the approach and follow-up. A friend borrowed our car and gave Peter €60.00 for cleaning inside and out. Never happened and so asked for a refund. Never responded. Washing the car before arrival was always € 10.00. Suddenly Peter asked € 15.00. Somewhere in a review is mentioned SCAMMERS. I get the same feeling too. Unworthy organization for an important service at Alicante airport. Peter you are not suitable for customer contact. Unfortunately.
