We left our car with ALC Parking at Alicante Airport from 25–29 March. When we picked it up, there was a large scratch along the entire right-hand side. Their staff admitted it was their fault and promised to repair it. Despite booking additional parking (7–10 April) to give them time to fix the damage—as they requested—nothing was done. We even offered to bring the car back a second time just for repairs, but they declined again. Communication became increasingly rude and unhelpful. They eventually offered just €400, despite repair quotes of €827 and £1,250. Now that we are no longer in Alicante, they are refusing to take any responsibility and even demanded we return in person just to fill out a complaint form, which is completely unreasonable. We’ve tried to resolve this politely and cooperatively, but their customer service has been appalling. Be very cautious leaving your car with them—if anything goes wrong, you’ll be left to deal with it alone.
